Platform use
Accounts, sporting identity and competition participation have distinct purposes and conditions.
Account and access
An account provides platform authentication. Available areas depend on the user’s actual permissions; creating an account does not grant official roles or administrative access.
Identity and records
Player ID identifies the athlete. Club links, rosters and entries are different records. Profile or roster changes do not turn previous results into new presentations.
Competition participation
Entries follow the selected edition’s documents. Creating an account, requesting entry, approval, payment and place confirmation are distinct steps. Commercial and sporting conditions belong to the event.
Results and corrections
A finished Set does not mean a validated result. Sporting publication and corrections follow authorised processes and preserve history and the applicable version.
